All of our dough knives are made by the world-renowned blade manufacturers Mure & Peyrot. Their grignettes are the number 1 bakery equipment for slashing doughs.
Each grignette comes with a safety cover and the blades can be replaced with standard razor blades (except for the Campinox and Fassonette range).
